Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and local taxes imposed by their country. The total at checkout does not include these fees, which will be assessed by your local customs office. If you choose to refuse the customs fees and the package is returned to us, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Misdelivered Packages and PO Boxes:
We kindly ask our customers to provide accurate shipping addresses to avoid any delivery issues. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses or PO Boxes. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
For international shipments, we use trusted carriers to ensure proper delivery. However, if a package is returned to us as “Return to Sender,” we are not liable for any losses or damages incurred.
