Return/Exchange Policy:

We accept returns and exchanges on all orders (excluding sale items and earrings) within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Replacements:

If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we offer replacements. Please note that damages resulting from regular wear and tear do not qualify for a replacement.

Non-Refundable Items:

Sale items or earrings are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:

Once an exchange is processed, the item(s) are no longer eligible for a refund.

Processing Time:

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after the item is delivered and received.

Limited Stock Disclaimer:

Due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee availability for replacements or exchanges. If the item you desire is out of stock, please reach out to our customer support at info@ellaluxeboutique.com.

Return Labels:

We provide return labels for damaged or defective products within the policy time. If you prefer to use your own shipping method, we strongly recommend choosing a carrier that offers a tracking number. This will allow you to track your shipment, and we advise retaining this tracking number for your records. Please note that Ella Luxe Boutique is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.

When returning items, please ensure they are securely packed in the original packaging. Include a note with your order number and the reason for the return, and ship the item(s) back. Seal the package carefully.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, services provided by Redo, such as exchanges, credits, and pick-ups, are non-refundable.

Return Policy for International Orders:

Returns for exchanges, replacements, or refunds must be completed within 30 days of delivery, with the delivery date provided by the carrier.

International customers are responsible for covering the shipping expenses to return their products to Canada. However, if you are returning an item due to damage, Ella Luxe Boutique will ship the replacement piece to your destination country at no additional cost.

Please note that returns for exchanges will incur a shipping fee.

Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return
